Hello earthlings!
Today supposed to be a
lovely Saturday but it turned out to be a
dull and boring one. My classmates invited me to tag along to Malacca one day trip but i rejected because
i have been spending too much for the past few weeks.Sighs.
So I have decided to create my own blog which I have been planning for a few years back. I'm very keen on baking since I was
12 or 13. My mom's friend sent her some sponge cake and butter cake recipes and I begged my mom to let me bake with her then I fell in love with baking.
Frankly speaking things wasn't turned out as expected for the first few trials.Sometimes the cake was burned because the temperature was too high;and sometimes the we did not separate the egg whites and yolks well; The worst was my mom forgot to add in sugar in the peanut cookies! Somehow my dad still showing his love and support towards his dear wife and daughter so he finished all our failure production.(
Ilovemydad!)
My mom passions towards baking faded after a few month because she prefer cooking because baking is way more complicated. She still bought me big oven and mixer and stuffs after she quit.(
ilovemymomtoo!) I'm still learning and improving my skills so I can bake the best cake for papa and mama and didi!
A bit off topics for the recipe I will be posted today cuz I do not have an oven in hostel. I made this roasted sesame sauce spaghetti with japanese soft boiled egg a few days back.It was yummeh and it taste like the one i had in pasta zanmai! :)Thanks for reading and stay tune for more recipes I promise.
Roasted Sesame Sauce Spaghetti with Japanese soft-boiled egg
It might not look appealing but it tastes superb seriously!and it's simple as ABC!
Ingredients:
Spaghetti
Roasted Sesame Sauce (I used Kewpie brand)
Eggs
Directions:
1.Cook the egg in boiling water for 4 mins.
2.Transfer the egg into hot water for 3 mins.
3.Put the eggs into cold water for 10 mins before peeling them.
4.Cook the spaghetti as shown in the packaging.
5.Mix well with sauce and it's ready to serve
The eggs are a bit over-cooked but it was so soft that i can't cut it nicely :/
